We decided to accept the cash offer. Our Solicitors are now in discussion and should the paperwork progress without problem then we will be out of the house on the 8th of May.
Trouble is that we still have a lot to do before then!!!

So. We have two definite offers, but need to decide which path to go. We can either accept the cash offer for a fairly instant sale or we can accept a higher offer but wait longer.
The cash offer is looking the best at the moment. The higher offer is tempting but who knows what might go wrong between now and then?
Still, looks as if things are getting closer to the big move.
